重慶升降機一般都在顯著的位置標明貨梯的額定載重量，但都不設超載保護自動控制系統。現在通過在貨梯電控系統中加裝超載保護的智能控制，對消除貨梯操作人員違章行為，規范使用貨梯的生產作業人員的行為習慣，以及預防誤操作，都具有較好的實用價值。
