重慶升降機管道安裝質量的好壞是關系到升降機工作性能是否正常的關鍵之一，管路上應盡量采用焊接方式，在需檢修的地方盡量采用法蘭連接，閥臺進出口安裝球閥，并合理的配置管夾及支架。

1、升降平臺鋼管安裝時對升降機鋼管接頭、法蘭件都要進行質量檢測，發現如有缺點，接頭、法蘭件都禁止運用,應替換,并用火油清潔和用氣吹凈。

5、安裝升降平臺鋼管管道必須按規劃圖紙或實際測量合理安置，管子的交叉要盡量減少。對于平行或交叉的管子之間、管子和設備主體之間必須要相距12mm以上的間隙，防止相互干擾和避免振動時引起敲擊。
