一、軸承安裝不當(dāng)　　
安裝時(shí)使用蠻力，用錘子直接敲擊軸承對(duì)軸承傷害最大，是造成變形的主要原因。安裝不到位，安裝有偏差或未裝到軸承位，造成軸承游隙過(guò)小。內(nèi)外圈不處于同一旋轉(zhuǎn)中心，造成不同心。選擇適當(dāng)?shù)幕驅(qū)I(yè)的軸承安裝工具，安裝完畢要用專用儀器檢測(cè)。
