重慶升降平臺的安裝問題一直都是由液壓升降機的生產廠家來幫客戶解決的，但是在液壓升降機的使安裝中經常會發生一些小問題，作為液壓升降機的生產廠家，鋼絲繩的安裝步驟如下：

1、當導軌安裝到要求的高度后，用鋼絲繩懸掛好對重，將天輪、繩輪、鋼絲繩及繩具吊到吊籠頂部并備好螺栓等，當升降機吊籠位于最低層站時，鋼絲繩在卷筒上的余留圈數不足3圈，升降機在運行過程中會增加鋼絲繩被升降機反卷甚至折斷的風險。

2、將鋼絲繩架用M8X30螺栓固定在吊籠上，將吊籠升至導軌架頂端500mm處，用吊桿將天輪安裝到導軌架頂部，用M24螺栓固定，鋼絲繩斷絲、斷股。強制式升降機的吊籠上下運行于兩根剛性垂直導軌之間，只有兩個方向的自由度，而升降機的放繩角隨著導繩器移動而改變。
