清潔的液壓油是液壓系統的生命，升降平臺液壓系統中有許多精密偶件，有的有阻尼小孔、有的有縫隙等。若固體雜質入侵將造成精密偶件拉傷、發卡、油道堵塞等，危及液壓系統的安全運行。

1、升降平臺液壓油必須過濾加注，加油工具應可靠清潔。不能為了提高加油速度而去掉油箱加油口處的過濾器。加油人員應使用干凈的手套和工作服，以防固體雜質和纖維雜質掉入油中。
